OJ Computers can now help with all your PBX and VoIP internet telephone requirements (see definitions below).
The arrival of the NBN network to the South Coast has meant many phone systems have become obsolete. Local businesses and even households are needing to purchase new phone systems to be able to make calls from a fixed service and to take advantage of the cheap phone calls available through the NBN.
Advantages of OJ Computers installing a PBX or VoIP system include:
• No contracts
• Local support
• Huge savings
We do more than just sell you a phone system, we offer installation and connection as well as ongoing service of your system at a fraction of the cost you may have been paying previously for your phone services.
As well as businesses requiring a complete system with multiple lines and extensions, we can also help with your home phone requirements through the installation of an IP digital phone system which offers a clearer, faster phone service.
We install a range of phone systems including Yealink, Htek and Siemens phone systems and can either organise for you to host the services yourself through a computer on your premises, or we can also offer you hosted solutions where we house and maintain the equipment.
The OJ Computers team can give you advice on the best telephone communication option for you.
What does this mean?
- VoIP is a system that allows you to conduct phone calls over the internet and usually is much cheaper than mobile or traditional landline calls.
- A PBX system (private branch exchange) is a telephone system that switches calls between users on local lines while allowing all users to share external phone lines.
- Hosted PBX is a fully-managed phone system that uses cloud-based technology, to connect your business without the costs of a traditional phone system. It can connect your office to remote offices, telecommuters and travelling staff via one seamless phone system.
